Returns & Refunds Policy

At SYLV, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item shows no stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

  • All original tags and labels are still attached

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, if possible

  • A packing slip, invoice, or proof of purchase is included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or sent back to the customer.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@sylvstudio.com, within 14 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

Once approved, you will receive further instructions regarding the return shipment.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SYLV is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after approval

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact info@sylvstudio.com.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

For exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs for the exchanged item are also non-refundable and must be covered by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@sylvstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
