Worldwide Shipping

SYLV offers worldwide shipping.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, courier services, and customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

If you have entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at info@sylvstudio.com. We will do our best to update the details before shipment. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, address changes can no longer be guaranteed.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@sylvstudio.com.

Orders are processed directly from our facility and may be prepared for shipment shortly after purchase. Once an order has been completed and dispatched, changes to the shipping address are no longer possible.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please first:

  • Check your email (including spam or junk folders) for shipping updates

  • Verify that the shipping address provided is correct

  • Check whether the package has been delivered to a neighbor or rescheduled by the courier

Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs procedures.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been provided, SYLV is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier.

In the event of a shipment confirmed as lost by the carrier, SYLV will assist in opening an investigation. Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

SYLV is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

SYLV is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
